Jennifer Jenkins has been a Registered Nurse for 22 years. She is a Nationally Certified Health Coach, a Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Weight Management Specialist, Personal Trainer, Certified Holistic Life Coach & Aromatherapist and is the Owner/Founder of Rooted Holistic Health Coaching. She is a member of the American Holistic Nurses Association. She currently serves as the Community Outreach Director and the President-Elect for the Carrollwood Area Business Association and was recently nominated and selected as a candidate for the 2020 Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Women of the Year Campaign. Her passion is teaching, educating and empowering others with the tools and knowledge they need to reach their health & wellness goals the right way using evidence-based strategies that leads to happier, healthier lives with more sustainable results. She is a mom of two, married to the love of her life and enjoys biking, running, golfing, fishing, kayaking and exploring new places.
