Join CABA Tuesday at 12 noon as we welcome Guest Speaker Danelle Castillo of Tampa Bay Realty & Investment Group.
Danelle will discuss Real Estate and Property Management in the current economy.

Danelle began her career in real estate working in apartment leasing for 9 years. As the Tampa Bay market climbed, she pursued becoming a licensed agent and began working with a real estate investor buying, selling, and rehabbing properties. In 2004, she became a licensed broker and co owner for both Skye Realty & Skye Development. As part of the build out in the Channelside condo district project, Navio (which was approved for 22 stories,160 units, and 8 retail stores) acquired Danelle as their project manager setting up the infrastructure until the market crash in 2007.
With vast experience in property investment, sales, and rental property management Danelle offers a wealth of experience to existing clients. In addition, her robust skill set will ensure new clients excellent communication, negotiation, and detailed investment strategies for their portfolios.
